Mission of the Whitman Public Library

The Whitman Public Library seeks to be an integral part of its community by providing all residents with a wide variety of popular and educational materials, resources and services which facilitate their day-to day lives, and extend their personal and intellectual development. The staff of the library will attempt to identify community needs and meet them whenever possible.
